Dear Pastor Andrés,
Happy Sabbath from Texas! My name is Sarah Miller, and I work in the Ministerial Department of the Texas Conference. Pastor Rubén Ortiz gave me your name. He visited your district last year, and he told us about your churches in Colombia.
Every June, our conference has a camp meeting. Families from more than one hundred churches come for a week of worship, Bible study, and fellowship. Many of our members speak Spanish at home, but their children often prefer English.
We would like to invite you to give a short greeting on Sabbath morning. You will have five minutes. Please introduce yourself, your family, and your churches. After the service, some members may ask you questions.
Please send me a short biography of three or four sentences and a photo by May 15. We will help you with your hotel and your ride from the airport.
We are praying for you and your ministry.
God bless you, Sarah Miller Ministerial Department, Texas Conference

From Wednesday to Friday, pastors practise the week’s material with a conversation partner. Choose a scenario, press “Start”, and hold the button while you speak English, like a WhatsApp voice note.
