A 16-week program for Adventist pastors in Colombia who are preparing to serve, preach and present in the United States. Self-paced study, spoken practice with an AI conversation partner, and an in-person class every week with their teacher.

Una ruta, tres capas, dieciséis semanas. One route, three layers, sixteen weeks.
Cada capa alimenta a la siguiente. Lo que el pastor practica con la IA queda registrado, y con esos datos el profesor prepara la clase presencial. Así la clase no repite la lección: trabaja los errores reales del grupo.
Each layer feeds the next. What a pastor practises with the AI is logged, and the teacher uses that data to plan the in-person class. So class doesn’t repeat the lesson: it works on the group’s real mistakes.

Antes de la semana 1, cada pastor hace una prueba de unos 40 minutos desde su celular: lectura, escucha, gramática y una entrevista oral de cinco minutos con la IA. El resultado usa la escala del Marco Común Europeo (A1 a C1), la misma con la que Colombia mide el inglés en sus colegios.
Before week 1, each pastor takes a test of about 40 minutes on their phone: reading, listening, grammar and a five-minute spoken interview with the AI. Results use the Common European Framework scale (A1 to C1), the same scale Colombia uses to measure English in its schools.

From Wednesday to Friday, the pastor talks with an AI practice partner who plays a role: the pastor picking them up at the airport, a church member, a camp-meeting director. They hold a button to speak, like a WhatsApp voice note. The AI answers slowly and at their level. At the end, it gives them a feedback card in Spanish.

Once a week, 90 minutes, in groups of ten pastors by level. Before each class, the platform gives the teacher a prep sheet: who practised, the group’s most common mistakes with real sentences, the hardest words to pronounce, and suggested activities. Class time goes to speaking.

En las semanas 4, 8, 12 y 16 el grupo dirige un culto corto en inglés: bienvenida, oración, lectura de la Biblia, historia para niños y un mensaje breve. Es lo más parecido a lo que vivirán en una iglesia de Estados Unidos.
In weeks 4, 8, 12 and 16 the group leads a short service in English: welcome, prayer, Scripture reading, children’s story and a short message. It’s the closest thing to what they will experience in a U.S. church.

En la semana 16, cada pastor presenta un devocional de cinco minutos en el culto en inglés y repite la prueba de nivel con preguntas nuevas. Recibe un certificado digital con su nivel en cada habilidad y escucha, una al lado de la otra, su grabación de la semana 1 y la de la semana 16.
In week 16, each pastor gives a five-minute devotional at the English service and retakes the level test with new questions. They receive a digital certificate showing their level in each skill, and they hear their week-1 and week-16 recordings side by side.
Lo que no prometemos: fluidez total en 16 semanas. Con unas 70 a 80 horas de trabajo guiado, lo realista es avanzar más o menos un subnivel, por ejemplo de A1+ a A2. Por eso medimos al entrar y al salir.
What we don’t promise: full fluency in 16 weeks. With about 70 to 80 guided hours, a realistic gain is roughly one sub-level, for example from A1+ to A2. That’s why we measure at entry and exit.

No. La IA sirve para practicar entre clases, cuando no hay nadie más con quien hablar inglés. El profesor dirige el programa, revisa las prácticas y enseña cada semana en persona.
No. The AI is for practice between classes, when there’s no one else to speak English with. The teacher leads the program, reviews the practice sessions and teaches in person every week.

Solo usted, su profesor y el administrador de la plataforma. Al inscribirse, usted autoriza por escrito el uso de sus grabaciones y sabe cuánto tiempo se guardan.
Only you, your teacher and the platform administrator. When you enrol, you give written consent for your recordings and you’re told how long they are kept.

It isn’t an official exam. It shows your level on the Common European Framework and the work you did. If an institution asks for an official exam such as the TOEFL or IELTS, that exam is taken separately.
